GameNaughty operates on a two-tier system regarding content permissions:

A. Unverified Users (Standard Access)

• You may stream standard gaming content (SFW).
• You may watch standard gaming streams.
• PROHIBITED: You may NOT stream NSFW content, nudity, or adult themes.
• PROHIBITED: You may NOT view NSFW streams or categories.
• Violation: Streaming NSFW content without verification is a severe violation and will result in an immediate ban.

B. Verified Users (Adult Access)

• You must submit government-issued ID to unlock this tier.
• Once verified, you may stream NSFW/Adult content (in accordance with Section 4).
• You gain access to view and interact with NSFW streams.

4. Prohibited Content

Regardless of verification status, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban:

• Illegal Acts: Streaming any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.
• Violence & Harm: Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, rape, torture, or genuine physical violence.
• Hard Drugs: The use, sale, or promotion of hard illegal drugs (e.g., cocaine, heroin, meth).
• Exceptions (Marijuana): Permitted only if legal in the streamer's jurisdiction.
• Hate Speech: Harassment, hate speech, or doxxing.

5. Account Verification & Data Retention

If you choose to unlock Adult Access features:

• Document Storage: Verification documents (ID cards, passports) are stored on a secure, encrypted server for seven (7) days for processing.
• Destruction: After the 7-day period, or immediately upon rejection, documents are permanently destroyed.
• We do not sell or share verification documents with third parties unless required by law.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

By using this site, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of:

• IP Logging: We log IP addresses for security and fraud prevention.
• Personal Details: Email, DOB, and Gender.
• Cookies: Used to maintain your login session.

7. User-Generated Content (DMCA)

GameNaughty is a platform for user-generated content. We are not liable for the actions or opinions of our users. Contact us for DMCA takedown requests.

8. Termination & Forfeiture of Funds

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time.

IMPORTANT: Forfeiture Clause

If your account is terminated due to illegal activity, fraud, or streaming NSFW content while Unverified:

• You strictly FORFEIT ALL accumulated tokens, earnings, and account balances immediately.
• Any pending payout requests will be cancelled.
• You will be permanently barred from the Service.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

If you are found to be streaming illegal content (including but not limited to: child exploitation, severe violence, or non-consensual acts):

• We WILL report you to the proper authorities (Police, FBI, NCMEC).
• We WILL hand over your data, including IP logs and verification details.
