Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

GameNaughty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the GameNaughty service.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice MUST include the following information:

• Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., "The movie titled [Name]").
• Location: A specific description of where the material is located on GameNaughty (e.g., The URL of the stream or the Username of the broadcaster).
• Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Legal Oath: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person.

2. Counter-Notice (If you were banned by mistake)

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to us. To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, GameNaughty has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also limits access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
